Seth Godin in his book Tribes, focuses on the key leadership qualities in order to create your own so-called tribe. A tribe is a group of like-minded people who are connected to one another, a leader or an idea. He encourages the readers to step up and be a leader so that they can find their tribe. In this book he tosses the concept of “you are only born a leader” and creates a mindset for people that they can do anything if they are passionate about it. Leaders qualities as spoken by Godin:

Malcolm Gladwell discusses the types of people, the circumstances, and the purpose of these epidemics in The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference. The content that attracted to me the most in this book is the first principle: Law of The Few People.
